Wedding, Day of Coordination – $1250 

Our Day of Coordination package is perfect for the couple who wants to take the stress out of their big day, and leave the countless details to someone else. Our services begin a month prior to your wedding date.  After leading an extensive walk-through of every aspect of your wedding, we will contact each of your vendors to communicate your wishes and confirm their services.  Our Day of Coordination services also include the coordination of your ceremony rehearsal. We manage and oversee every detail of your big day to ensure that you get to spend quality time with your friends and family.

·      Two 1 hour consultation appointments as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of wedding           day).

·       $75 Rental Credit 

·       Preparation of a personalized and very detailed Wedding Day Itinerary

·       Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email

·       Confirmation of all vendors prior to wedding day

·       Delivery of the itinerary to all vendors and your wedding venue, and delivery and explanation of itinerary to bridal party         at rehearsal– making sure everyone is “on the same page” and that there isn’t any confusion, 

·       1 Hour on-site Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination

·       8 Hours on-site Day of Coordination

·       Coordination the day of wedding (we are by your side for any last minute “emergencies”)

·       Essential wedding day emergency kit

·       Making sure that you, your beloved and family are comfortable and have all the attention & service you need while               getting ready for the big day.

·       Overseeing table set up, placement of seating cards, centerpieces, favor table or favors set out, decoration of gift                   table, cake table, head table.

·       Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, menu cards, etc.

·       Coordination of your rehearsal and ceremony

·       with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.

·       Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional

·       Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures

·       Directing your guest to ceremony area, cocktail hour and reception

·       Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance to your reception and has correct pronunciation of             the members of your bridal party

·       Clean up of all personal items from reception (centerpieces, cake server, toasting glasses, etc.)

·       Ensuring that the bride and groom have a fabulous time at the reception!

Event, Day of Styling – pricing starts at $300

If you've got all the planning under control, but want some help styling your event the day of we can step in and help. This service includes:

 

·       1 hour consultation before event to communicate your vision.

·       Delivery of all items rented from us to your event venue. Client is responsible for rental items return.

·       3 hours of on-site set-up and styling. Styling can include centerpieces, head table, cake table, candy/dessert bar, or            any other area the client would like styled.

·       A $25 rental credit

Candy/Dessert Bar Set-up – pricing starts at $150

We will come in on the day of to set up and style a wonderful and fun candy/dessert bar that coordinates with the rest of your event. Your guests are sure to love it. This service includes:

 

·       30 min consultation before event to communicate your vision.

·       A $20 rental credit for use of our candy/dessert bar props and accessories

·       Delivery of all items rented from us to your event venue. Client is responsible for rental items return.

·       Up to 2 hours of styling and prep of your Candy/Dessert Bar the day of the event

·       Price covers design services, set-up, the rental items you choose for your candy/dessert bar, and rental item delivery. 

 

Price does not include the cost of additional materials that need to be purchased (candy, desserts, additional décor, etc.), or rental item rentals.
